1. General

2. Products

All products offered are fragrances intended for personal use only.

Product descriptions, images, and information are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur and do not affect the product’s quality or characteristics.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. The final amount is shown before payment.

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment service providers. The seller does not store or have access to your full payment details.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Ukraine to EU countries using a postal or courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and external factors beyond the seller’s control.

Customs duties, taxes, and delivery charges are handled by the postal service and included in the final price, unless otherwise stated.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to sealed perfume products once they have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller by email before the withdrawal period expires.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

7. Liability

The seller is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, postal disruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, delivery, customer communication, and legal obligations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union.
