Return and Exchange Period

You can return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return shipping is agreed individually (contact us).

Return Conditions

You can return or exchange if:

• The item has not been used (no scratches, chips, stains).

• It is complete and in the original packaging.

• All labels and tags are still on.

• It looks and works as when you received it.

You pay the cost of sending the return to us: 14.95 EUR for Germany, 11.95 EUR for Poland (same as delivery to you).

Returns are handled by our logistics partner. When you contact us, we will send you detailed instructions.

The refund will be made within 3 days after we receive the returned product.
